every time i download one of these, i use style XP 2.0 to open it, and it says there is no msstyle format file inside it. and then it doesnt work. ive downloaded billions of these, and i get the same result. any suggestions?

For enable thirdparty visual styles you need uxtheme patch.
uxtheme patche V5.5 found here : [link]

If you get the uxtheme patche V5.5 then unzip & double click it to install first . 2nd restart your computer .
copy my one shellstyle to your C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna\Shell\NormalColor

now go your desktop properties & apply.
