This is it! THis is what I'm searching for! (except not purple)
You see, once upon a time I had the most beautiful theme. The taskbar was like this/ or breeze ported for 7, I love the glossyness of the taskbar buttons and what happens when I use small TB icons.
However I NEED YOU HELP.
I don't want the purple shell, or the blue noise gradient colors that come with breeze... just the taskbar, and I am unsure but the explorer shell might have been gold/brownish.

SO:
Do you know the visual style that I'm talking about? I can't find it. :(
