:pointr: Unpack 'Windows Se7en ' folder & copy to 'C:\Windows\Resources\Themes' (where C is the partition with Windows installed)
Now you can change the visual style by clicking any .msstyle file or apply the theme options.

:pointr::pointr: Fix Your StartMenu :

To change the start menu look like windows 7 first take ownership your explorer.exe
then rename it explorer.old then copy my explorer.
Now go to control panel open power options & set your pc power setting to ballance
and the left button "Power Button" to "Shut Down" mode.
Finally logoff & login and see the changes.

First unlock the taskbar then Right click quick launch empty area and check the "View Large Icon" that's it.

How did you integrate the libraries into Windows Vista where actually the favorites can be found? I'm asking because it didn't look like your screenshot after installing your style.
